The support we have received from Greenhouse during this period has been great (as always). The willingness of your staff to respond to both emails and calls has been unfaltering and you have always resolved our issues and directed to your support documents as necessary. The convenience of having the option to call or email is reassuring and the response times are always very prompt (even at the end of the day when you could understand if it was not as prompt). There has never been a delay in your service and the tone/ manner is always friendly and professional.
