I was offered help with the set up which was completed over the summer holidays (my choice), the management system is easy to use, photos load quickly and the support is swift and responsive. Greenhouse have been fabulous. Always sort out any queries I have swiftly. I find the software easy to work with despite being a techno phobe!Sue M
