Customer Support Adviser

We have a vacancy for a full-time Customer Support Adviser, based in our office in Greenwich.

Once trained up, the main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing great support to schools by telephone and email
  • Using our Content Management System to help schools build web pages
  • Formatting text & images supplied by clients
  • Making changes / additions to websites

We will give training to show you how to do the above, and more. This is a great opportunity to get started in the web design sector, with on-the-job training in advanced web design techniques.

  • Salary: c. £22-27,000 pa, depending on skills and experience, plus discretionary bonus.
  • Hours: 9-5, 37.5 hours per week (but could be re-structured around the school day and holidays).

About you

You should have an interest in technology and a helpful attitude.
Initially at least, this is an office-based role (retro!) so you will need to be able to travel to beautiful Greenwich every day.
