Business Development Manager

The Greenhouse School Websites team is growing. Due to popular demand, we're expanding with a new Business Development Manager. This isn't just another sales role - it's a chance to be part of something gaining real momentum.

The Role

We believe that our websites and Content Management System offer the best possible experience and value to schools, backed by support that's second to none. We're seeking an energetic, consultative Business Development Manager to help spread the word of Greenhouse so we can help even more schools.

What success looks like

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into long-term clients
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales strategy and processes

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and identify new business opportunities & leads
  • Respond to enquiries & tenders, create & deliver presentations and demos
  • Meet with clients via video conference or over the phone
  • Work a consultative sales process with a mix of inbound, outbound and existing customer leads

About you

ESSENTIAL

  • Experience & successful track record developing sales & revenue
  • Confident telephone manner with excellent, engaging communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Flawless written and spoken English

DESIRABLE

  • Experience working with the education sector
  • Experience using a Content Management System
  • Experience working in the web design and development industry

  • Uncapped commission structure
